How do I request vehicle authorization to use the Lincoln Way app?

You can use Phone As A Key^™* and remote features with your Lincoln Way^® app^**. To access your vehicle using the app, follow the steps below.

Request Vehicle Access

To request shared access:

1. Open the Lincoln Way app.
2. Select Connect to Vehicle.
3. Tap Request shared access if you will be an additional user.
   
   Notes:
   • A message will be sent to all authorized drivers.
   • If you want to connect to a vehicle and remove all current users, you can perform a reset. 
      

You can check the status of your request by clicking Check My Access Request.
