What do I do if my vehicle is not showing up in the Lincoln Way®* App?

If your vehicle is not showing in the Lincoln Way App, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshooting Steps

Log out of the Lincoln Way App and log back in

  1. Tap Account in the Lincoln Way App.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Log Out.
  4. Tap Log Out to confirm.
  5. Log back in to see if your vehicle appears.

Add your vehicle to the Lincoln Way App again

  1. Tap Home in the Lincoln Way App.
  2. Select Add Vehicle. 
  3. Localiza tu Número de Identificación del Vehículo (VIN).
  4. Capture your VIN using one of the following methods:
    • Escribe tu VIN manualmente. 
    • Select the  icon to scan your VIN.
  5. Tap Next.
  6. Tap Get Started! to confirm.
  7. Presiona Guardar.

Add your vehicle to your Lincoln Account

 Changes to your Lincoln Account will be reflected in your Lincoln Way App

  1. Ingresa a tu Cuenta Lincoln.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Click on Add a Vehicle.
  4. Ingresa tu VIN.
  5. Click on Update.
