You can remote start your vehicle using your key fob, the Lincoln Way® App*, or smartwatch after activating your Lincoln Connect®**modem.

Using the Lincoln Way App 4.X Experience

  1. Ingresa al Aplicación Lincoln Way. 
  2. Select the Home icon.
  3. Press and hold the Start button to start your vehicle.
    • Se mostrará una alerta una vez que tu vehículo se haya encendido correctamente.
    • An alert banner will display for 10 seconds and will inform you when your vehicle will automatically shut off.
  4. After selecting engine start, your vehicle can run for 5, 10, or 15 minutes before shutting off.

Note: The horn will sound if the system fails to start unless Quiet Start is on. Quiet Start runs the vehicle blower fan slower to reduce noise. It can be turned on or off using the information display.

Using the Lincoln Way App 5.X Experience

  1. Ingresa al Aplicación Lincoln Way. 
  2. Select the Vehicle icon.
  3. Slide the Start toggle to the far right of your screen. 

The request will load, the vehicle status will change, and the expected run time will appear once the vehicle is on.

Using the Key Fob

  1. Oprime el botón Cerrar en tu control remoto para cerrar todas las puertas.

    • The turn signals will flash twice, and the vehicle will start.
    • For some vehicles, a light on your remote will let you know if your car has started.
    • All other vehicle systems remain off when you have remotely started the vehicle.

Notas:

  • Only use remote start when your vehicle is outside in a well-ventilated area.
  • You can enable or disable the remote start system through the information display. 
  • Check your local and state laws for any restrictions on remote start systems.

How can I personalize the remote start duration?

After remote starting, your vehicle can run for 5, 10, or 15 minutes before shutting off. You can configure your run duration in your vehicle settings.
