Setting a schedule, we suggest overnight or during work hours, ensures you will not need your vehicle during these types of updates. Do not worry about forgetting - you will be reminded of your schedule each time these updates are ready for installation, and you can adjust as needed.

How do I install SYNC updates?

View the details of your latest update on your in-vehicle screen. Keep checking back on the Lincoln Support site and the Lincoln app^** for future software update alerts.

• Your vehicle may not support software updates. Refer to your Owner’s Manual for more information.
• Software updates are released on a rolling basis, and your vehicle will start the process when that version is released.
• You may need to take action to move the update forward. Check your in-vehicle screen for icons to see if you have a pending update.

You can find information about your software update in your vehicle and by logging in to your Lincoln account in the Lincoln app or on the Lincoln Owner site.

• In your vehicle, go to the Settings menu and select System Updates to learn more.
• In the Lincoln app, you will receive an alert on your Home screen that lets you view software update details.
