How do I extract the SYNC®* update files to my flash drive?
For detailed instructions on how to extract SYNC update files to a USB flash drive:
- Visita el SYNC and Navigation Update page.
- Enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and select Check for Update.
- Select the drop-down under SYNC UPDATES.
Note: If your SYNC Navigation is up-to-date, you will see a green checkmark and a message stating that an update is not available for your vehicle.
- Choose USB Drive as your preferred installation method and follow the instructions.
