Is there a recall on my Lincoln vehicle?

You can check for recalls on your vehicle using the Lincoln Recall page or the Lincoln app.

Note: Recall letters are mailed to the vehicle's last known registered owner within 60 days of the recall being issued.

Checking for Recalls

To verify if your vehicle is included in a recall, select a method from the drop-down options below.

Lincoln Recall Page

  1. Go to the Recall page on the Lincoln Support site.
  2. Enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
  3. Click Search.
  4. View any recalls under the Recalls section.

Follow these steps in the Lincoln app to check for a recall on your vehicle:

  1. Open and log in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Tap the Tool icon to go to the Service dashboard.
  3. Select Alert History.

If the next page is empty, you have no alerts for your vehicle.

If your vehicle is involved in a recall, contact your preferred Lincoln Retailer as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.

Does your vehicle need to be towed? Your recall notification letter will provide details on whether towing is covered. Contact Roadside Assistance at 1-800-521-4140 (prompt 1, 1, then 2) to arrange transport to your preferred Lincoln Retailer.
