Visit the Lincoln Owner Support site and enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to determine if your vehicle is included in a Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP).
¿Qué es un CSP?

Lincoln will conduct repairs specifically designated in a CSP at no cost to the owner. However, if the CSP is an Optional Product Improvement (G), the owner might be required to participate in the cost. Contact your Lincoln Retailer for more information.
A CSP is different from a recall, which is conducted to remedy a safety, compliance, or emissions concern. Recalls generally do not have an expiration date.

To verify eligibility and process reimbursement, provide your paid original receipts to the Service Manager at your Lincoln Retailer.
