How do I view Recalls and Customer Satisfaction Programs using the Lincoln app?

To view Recalls or Customer Satisfaction Programs (CSPs) for your vehicle using the Lincoln app, follow the steps below.

View Recalls and CSPs Using the Lincoln app

In the app:

  1. From the Main screen, scroll to the Service schedule section.

    Note: Active recalls and CSPs are only shown when the vehicle has an active item under that category.
     
  2. Select Active recalls or Customer satisfaction programs (if visible) to view the active items for your vehicle.
