Can I get help after an accident using the Lincoln app?

If you are involved in an accident, you can contact the Collision Assistance Center (CAC) for additional support through the Lincoln app. Use the steps below.

Getting Help After an Accident 

To contact the CAC from the Lincoln app:

  1. Ensure you are in a safe location.
  2. Open the Lincoln app.
  3. Tap the Tool icon to go to the Service dashboard.
  4. Tap Collision Assistance.
  5. Select one of the following under Find Collision Center & Towing.
    • Use a Lincoln Certified Collision Center
    • Schedule Towing Service
    • Advisor Help

      Note: Select Advisor Help to call the Lincoln CAC.
       
    • Select the options below under Get Rental & More.
