Can I get help after an accident using the Lincoln Way app?

If you are in an accident, the Collision Assistance Center (CAC) can be contacted for additional support using the Lincoln Way® app*. Use the steps below.

Getting Help After an Accident 

To contact the CAC from the Lincoln Way app:

  1. Ensure you are in a safe location. 
  2. Open the Lincoln Way app.
  3. Select the Service tab.
  4. Tap Collision Assistance under the Lincoln Emergency Services header.

    Note: You can select Advisor Help to call the Lincoln CAC.
     
  5. Select one of the following:
    • Use a Lincoln Certified Collision Center
    • Schedule Towing Service
    • Get Rental & More
      • Uber
      • Lyft
      • Enterprise
      • Phone's Contacts
