Eligibility for Calm Membership

You are eligible for this offer if you are the registered owner of a 2023 or newer model-year Lincoln vehicle, your vehicle is not registered to a business, and your vehicle identification number (VIN) is registered in the Lincoln Way app.

• The eligibility and registration details specifically apply to the complimentary 12-month subscription to the full Calm app.
• The 12-month subscription period begins on the date you activate the offer via the Lincoln Way app.

Calm Registration

Once your VIN is registered in the Lincoln Way app, you should receive a message in the Message Center within 2-4 business days. This message will include a link.

1. Access the link within the app, not through an external browser.
2. Follow the instructions provided to register for your complimentary Calm membership.

• If you try to enter the link through your computer, it will cause errors during enrollment and may fail.

Accessing the Elevated Journey App

Accessing the Elevated Journey app is incredibly easy.

For new eligible vehicles shipped directly from the factory, the app comes pre-installed and is available on your in-vehicle infotainment screen right away.

If the Elevated Journey app is not pre-loaded on your eligible vehicle with Lincoln Digital Experience, you can simply download it from the Google Play store directly within your vehicle's infotainment system.

For maximum convenience, no login is required to access the content within the Elevated Journey app. Just open the app on your vehicle's screen to begin enjoying the curated audio experiences.
