How do I set my Preferred Retailer in the Lincoln Way App?

Setting a Preferred Retailer allows you to conveniently interact with your Tienda de Lincoln. You can schedule your next service, find directions, access contact information, and view hours of operation. 

Important: You must have a ​​vehicle added​​ to the Lincoln Way®* App before you can set a preferred retailer.

Set Your Preferred Retailer in the Lincoln Way App

  1. Inicia sesión en la aplicación Lincoln Way. 
  2. Navigate to the Map screen.
  3. Tap the Dealers icon. 
  4. Locate your Preferred Retailer. 
  5. Press the box with the retailer's name to open the menu options. 
  6. Tap the heart icon next to Set Preferred.
  7. A prompt will appear for you to confirm your selection.
    • Select Yes - to make the change.
    • Select No - to select another retailer. 

A banner will appear confirming your selection was successfully added.
