What is the Map feature in the Lincoln Way app?

The map screen allows you to search for points of interest and send directions to your mobile device. See the requirements below.

Important: We occasionally remove features from the Lincoln Way® app* to improve the app's quality. As a result, this feature will not be available in the newly redesigned Lincoln Way app, and we look forward to sharing what is next.

Requirements

  • Your vehicle must have SYNC®** or Lincoln Digital Experience with an In-Vehicle Navigation System.
  • You must disable ​Android Auto™ or Apple CarPlay®.
  • Location Services must be turned on.

Using the Lincoln Way App Map Feature

  1. Open the Lincoln Way app.
  2. Go to the Map screen.
  3. Use one of the following selections:
    • Select a category
    • Manual input using the "Going somewhere?" field
    • Favorites
    • Recent Searches
  4. Select your destination to view the following:
    • Directions
    • Add to favorites option
    • Call
