How do I manage my service history receipts in the Lincoln Way App?

You can add or delete a receipt for your service record using the Service screen in the Lincoln Way® App* by following the steps below.

Service History Receipt Management Options

Select one of the options below for instructions.

Add a Receipt for Service History

To add your receipt to your service record:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln Way App. 
  2. Navigate to the Service screen.
  3. Tap Service History
  4. Locate and tap your service record. 
  5. Select Edit Record.
  6. Tap Add Receipt
  7. Select Add Receipt
  8. Tap your input choice:
    • Take Photo - capture a live image of your receipt using your device's camera.
    • Choose Photo - select a photo of your receipt from your device's photo album.

      Notes: 
      • If the image upload is approved, you can select to edit and block-out personal information before saving it to your record. 
      • If the image upload fails, an error banner will display advising you to try again.
      • You can add another receipt, if needed.
  9. Tap Done

Delete a Receipt for Service History

To delete your receipt from your service record, follow the steps below.

Important: This action is permanent. You will not be able to recover any deleted receipts. 

  1. Log in to the Lincoln Way App. 
  2. Navigate to the Service screen.
  3. Tap Service History
  4. Locate and tap your service record. 
  5. Select Edit Record.
  6. Tap Manage Receipts
  7. Locate the receipt you want to delete. 
  8. Select Delete.
  9. Tap Yes, Delete to complete your request. 
  10. Select Done
