The table below outlines the full suite of Alexa features. The main difference between Alexa Built-in* (Base) and Lincoln Premium Connectivity is the capability to stream. Wi-Fi is not required to use Lincoln Premium Connectivity.
Important: All 2024 – 2025 Lincoln Digital Experience vehicles will have Amazon Alexa functionality removed in early 2026 due to the end of life of Alexa services across all Ford/Lincoln Digital Experience vehicles. 2026 and newer Lincoln vehicles are not equipped with Alexa. The Alexa app cannot be downloaded on Digital Experience vehicles. Google Assistant is now the voice assistant in these vehicles, and no additional actions will restore Amazon Alexa functionality.
Note: Amazon Alexa Built-in is delivered through SYNC®** 4 with Enhanced Voice Recognition.
