California Consumer Privacy Act
Members residing in the state of California are protected by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This provides enhanced privacy rights relating to the access, deletion, and sharing of personal information collected by businesses.
The CCPA is only applicable to residents of California.
CCPA Compliance on Login
- From the Lincoln account login page, select Do Not Sell My Personal Information.
- This takes you to the Exercise Your Rights webpage.
- Fill out the required form to request that Lincoln not share or sell your data.
- Requests are fulfilled as soon as the client's information is verified, and data sharing is then stopped.
- Requests for accessing client data can take up to 45 days.
CCPA Compliance at Registration
- From the Lincoln account login page, select Create Account.
- Fill out the required information.
- Select Do Not Sell My Personal Information.
- This takes you to the Exercise Your Rights webpage.
- Fill out the required form to request that Lincoln not share or sell your data.

- Select Account.
- Tap on the Settings tile.
- Select Do Not Sell My Personal Information.
- This takes you to the Exercise Your Rights Webpage.
- Fill out the required form to request that Lincoln not share or sell your data.
