Why are my Lincoln Access Rewards Points not displayed in my account?

Lincoln vehicle purchases and service completed at a Lincoln Retailer may be eligible to earn Lincoln Access Rewards™* points. If you do not see your points, ensure the following:

Did you activate your modem within 60 days of purchase? 

  • Your modem must be activated within 60 days of purchase through the Lincoln app on a smartphone.
  • The modem must remain active for at least 6 months after activation.

Has it been 30 days since you purchased your vehicle?

  • Buyers of non-modem-equipped vehicles will receive points after enrolling in Lincoln Access Rewards within 30 days of the vehicle sale. Visita una tienda participante para obtener más detalles.
  • It can take up to 30 days for points to appear, depending on:
    • The vehicle sale report date from the Retailer.
    • The modem activation date.
    • The date you joined Lincoln Rewards.

Did you join the Lincoln Access Rewards program after the purchase of your vehicle?

  • When you accept terms and conditions for the Lincoln app (either through the app or online), you are automatically enrolled in Lincoln Access Rewards.
  • Terms and conditions may be updated periodically. You will be prompted to review and sign new terms and conditions whenever there is an update.

Do you have another Lincoln app account or have more than one email address associated with the Lincoln app?

If you have more than one Lincoln app account or have any problems with your email address(es), contact Lincoln app support.

Are you missing Lincoln Access Rewards Service Points?

  • It can take up to 10 days for Rewards points to appear.
  • Terms and conditions may be updated periodically. You must accept the latest terms and conditions. You will be prompted to review and sign new terms and conditions whenever there is an update.

If none of the above reasons apply, and your points are still missing, please contact the Ford Rewards Center at 1-833-385-0516.
