La llave de acceso inteligente tiene una llave mecánica extraíble. It can be used to unlock the driver's door in case the remote transmitter battery loses its charge.
Accessing the Key Blade
- Slide the release on the back of the transmitter.
- Either pull out the key blade or pivot the cover off.
The key cylinder is located under a cap on the driver's door handle. Antes de insertar la llave y destrabar la puerta tienes que quitar la tapa.
Removing the Cap
- Introduce la llave en la ranura en la parte inferior de la manija y presiona hacia arriba.
- Mientras aplicas presión hacia arriba, mueve la tapa hacia atrás para extraerla. Gently remove the key.
Reinstalling the Cap
- Coloca la tapa justo delante del cilindro de la llave.
- Apply pressure to the cap and move it forward until it is in place. Es posible que escuches un sonido al trabarse. Try moving it rearward to make sure you installed the cap properly.
Once you are in the vehicle, store the key fob in a pocket in the center console or a slot in the steering column. Coloca la llave en la ranura y oprime el botón Encender/Detener para arrancar tu vehículo.
