An Extended Service Contract (ESC) provides repair coverage if you purchased the ESC from a non-Ford/Lincoln dealer. The vehicle could be a Ford, Lincoln, or any eligible competitive make vehicle.

Repairs can be completed at a franchised dealer of the used-vehicle manufacturer or an independent garage. For assistance with a repair or prior approval, please contact the ESC Claims Assistance Center at 1-800-233-5819.
