The Lincoln Protect Extended Service Plan (ESP) will be honored for repairs made in the United States, Canada, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

If you are relocating outside the United States, Canada, Guam, or Puerto Rico, please contact the Finance and Insurance Manager at your selling Lincoln Retailer or Ford Dealer to discuss canceling your Protect ESP plan.

If your selling Retailer is no longer in business, or you purchased your ESP directly from Lincoln, contact the Lincoln Protect Administration Department at 1-800-521-4144 | Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. EST. Have your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) ready.
