Improve voice recognition by editing your phonebook

Your MyLincoln Touch system’s voice recognition works better when your Phonebook contacts have both a first and last name.

How to help resolve Bluetooth connection issues

  1. If your phone isn’t connected to MyLincoln Touch properly, try the following steps:
  2. Turn the ignition off.
  3. Open and close the driver’s door.Wait for MyLincoln Touch to turn off completely and watch for the clusters to power off.
    Wait 30 seconds before proceeding.
  4. Turn the ignition on.
  5. Espera que MyLincoln Touch se active completamente. Watch for the clusters to power on.

If your phone still has trouble connecting to MyLincoln Touch, the following troubleshooting tips may help.

  1. Turn Bluetooth Off, then On. Find your phone's Bluetooth menu > tap Off > tap On.

    Note: If these first two steps do not work, proceed to steps 3 and 4.

    Note: If the connection times out or takes longer than a minute, cancel the connection in MyLincoln Touch and go to Step 4.
     
  4. Conecta manualmente tu teléfono con MyLincoln Touch.
    Busca el menú de Bluetooth de tu teléfono > presiona SYNC para conectar.
  5. Asegúrate de que tu teléfono se conecte automáticamente a MyLincoln Touch.

    Turn your vehicle off > Open and close the driver's side door > Start the vehicle > Wait for confirmation of the connection to appear on your MyLincoln Touch screen.

  1. Intenta realizar una conexión correcta. To start, disconnect the phone to unpair it.
    Touch Phone > Settings > Bluetooth Devices > [select your phone] > Disconnect.
  2. Quita tu teléfono de MyLincoln Touch.
    Touch Phone > Settings > Bluetooth Devices > [select your phone] > Delete.
  3. Busca el menú de Bluetooth de tu teléfono y quita SYNC de tu teléfono.
  4. Vincula tu teléfono.

Keep SYNC With MyLincoln Touch Running Smoothly With A Master Reset

Si tienes problemas con el funcionamiento del sistema MyLincoln Touch que no pudieron resolverse con ninguno de los procedimientos de esta página, puedes restaurarlo a los valores de fábrica. This will reboot your MyLincoln Touch system, restoring it to factory settings and helping restore system performance.

Al reiniciar el sistema se borra toda la información: datos de la agenda, historial de llamadas, mensajes de texto, dispositivos conectados, direcciones guardadas e historial de navegación. Asegúrate de hacer una copia de seguridad de tus datos personales antes de iniciar el proceso. Después de la restauración, asegúrate de conectar los dispositivos con conexión Bluetooth nuevamente.
