Why is my SYNC^®* 3 voice command not working?

Previously, when you pressed the voice command button from the steering wheel, you would be prompted by the SYNC  3 system saying "Please say a command". To improve efficiency, this prompt was removed. 

To use voice commands:

1. Press Voice Command on the steering wheel.
   
   
    
2. Say a command.
