What should I do if I am unable to load the Lincoln app on my device?

If you are experiencing issues with the Lincoln app not loading, try the steps below.

Troubleshooting Steps

Select one of the drop-down options below to see the instructions for each troubleshooting:

Lincoln App Updates

Check for Lincoln app updates on your mobile device.

  1. Access your App Store.
    1. If the update option appears, update and try using the app again.
    2. If the app shows as up-to-date, continue to troubleshoot using the steps below.
  2. Log out of the app and sign back in.

Connection Strength

Check your cellular strength and/or Wi-Fi connection.

  • Wi-Fi connection
    • If Wi-Fi is turned off, turn Wi-Fi on and attempt to connect.
    • If Wi-Fi is turned on, turn Wi-Fi off and attempt to connect using cellular data.
  • Cellular connection
    • If cellular data is turned off, turn cellular data on and attempt to connect.
    • If cellular data is turned on, turn cellular data off and attempt to connect using Wi-Fi.

Reinstall the Lincoln App

To reinstall the Lincoln app:

  1. Log out of the Lincoln app.
    1. Select the Account icon.
    2. Tap Log out at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Delete the Lincoln app from your mobile device.
  3. Power off your mobile device for 30 to 60 seconds.
  4. Download the Lincoln app again.
  5. Log in to the Lincoln app with your username and password.
