How do I update the contact information on my Lincoln accounts?

You can modify your contact information in your Lincoln account or the Lincoln app.

Changing Your Contact Details

Select the method you are using from the drop-down options below to learn how to update your Ford profile.

With a Computer

  1. Sign in to the Lincoln Support site.
  2. Select My Lincoln.
  3. Choose Dashboard/Account.
  4. Select Edit now under Account Settings in the Manage Your Account section.
  5. Choose Edit next to Personal Information or Units Of Measurement.
  6. Update all applicable information.
  7. Select Update.

With the Lincoln App

  1. Sign in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Choose the Account icon to go to the Account dashboard.
  3. Select Account Information.
  4. Update all applicable contact information.
  5. Select Save.

Important: To change the country associated with your profile:

  1. Log out of the Lincoln app.
  2. Select Country on the login screen.
  3. Choose the correct country.
