What should I do if I cannot remotely start my Lincoln vehicle with Phone As A Key?

If you cannot remotely start your vehicle with Phone As A Key, follow the steps below.

  1. Using the Lincoln Way® App*, verify your Phone As A Key™** setup is complete and enabled via Bluetooth® connection on at least one phone.
    1. Selecciona la pestaña del vehículo en la aplicación Lincoln Way.
    2. Presiona Phone As A Key. Debe haber al menos una entrada bajo Dispositivos Phone As A Key.
