What Is Lincoln Access Rewards Black Label Detailing Redemption?

To redeem a Black Label detailing access Lincoln Access Rewards™ (LAR) in the Lincoln Way®* app and follow the steps below.

Before you Begin

You must:

  • Be logged in to the Lincoln Way app.
  • Have registered your account after June 18th, 2019.
  • Have accepted the Terms and Conditions in your latest app update.

Black Label detailing is a LAR benefit that allows clients to exchange LAR points for vehicle detailing. Black Label clients are able to schedule and redeem their detailing in the Lincoln Way app by taking the following steps:

  1. Open your Lincoln Way app.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Tap Rewards.
  4. Select the Lincoln Access Rewards dropdown at the top of the screen.
  5. Choose Redeem Points.
  6. Tap Filter under Rewards.
  7. Scroll down and choose Lincoln Retailer.
  8. Scroll up and select Apply.
  9. Scroll down and select Vehicle Service.
  10. Select Contact Retailer.
  11. Choose Locate Dealer. You will be redirected to your device's default browser.
  12. Enter your ZIP Code or City/State.
  13. Select Advanced Search.
  14. Choose Lincoln Black Label.
  15. Tap Apply.
  16. Locate the Black Label Retailer closest to you and select their phone number hyperlink to call them.
  17. Advise the Retailer that you would like to redeem your points for a Black Label Detail, then provide them with your Member ID.

Notes:

  • This is only available to Black Label clients of Lincoln Access Rewards.
  • To redeem a free detailing in LAR, Black Label clients must have at least 5,000 points accrued.
