What should I do if I am having issues with Vehicle Connectivity Settings?

If you are experiencing issues with the Vehicle Connectivity Settings, follow the troubleshooting steps below in the sequence listed. Check after each step to see if the issue is resolved.

Perform a Key Cycle

Perform the following steps:

  1. Apaga el vehículo.
  2. Abre la puerta del conductor y bloquea la puerta.
  3. Cierra la puerta del conductor.
  4. Espera dos minutos y asegúrate de que la pantalla de la radio se apague por completo.
  5. Vuelve a arrancar el vehículo.

Turn off and Turn on Connectivity Settings

Perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the Connectivity Settings menu on your vehicle's SYNC®* screen.

    Note: Connectivity Settings can be accessed by navigating to Settings > Lincoln Connect®** > Connectivity Settings.

  2. Turn Vehicle Connectivity off.
  3. Wait for 1 minute.
  4. Turn Vehicle Connectivity on again.

Perform a Master Reset

  1. Presiona Configuraciones en la pantalla SYNC de tu vehículo.
  2. Presiona General.
  3. Press the scroll bar or swipe up until you see Master Reset.
  4. Presiona Restablecimiento completo. Aparecerá un mensaje que confirma que todas las configuraciones del sistema se borrarán y que se volverá a la configuración predeterminada de fábrica.
