How do I use Cruise Control* in my Lincoln?
The Cruise Control feature maintains a set vehicle speed without the need to keep your foot on the accelerator pedal. See below for instructions to use cruise control and different types of cruise control features.
Note: Cruise Control is only available when your vehicle's speed exceeds 20 mph.
Using Cruise Control
To set cruise control in your vehicle:
Press ON on the cruise control switch on your steering wheel**. An indicator light
will appear on the vehicle's information display and will change color to indicate system status.
- Drive at your desired speed.
- Press SET.

Your cruise control speed is now set. Pressing X on the steering wheel or applying the brake pedal will cancel cruise control.

For example, if the Speed Sign Recognition system detects a 50 mph speed limit, the cruise control speed updates to 50 mph. |
