Can Lincoln track my vehicle?
A vehicle owner or law enforcement official may call Lincoln regarding a vehicle that has been stolen, is involved in an active threat, has triggered an Amber Alert, or is part of a missing person case by contacting the Stolen Vehicle Services (SVS) team at 1-866-861-0419 | available 24/7. The SVS team will walk the caller through the steps, including how to file a police report, and will assist the police in tracking and recovering the vehicle.
Note: The SVS team's available services will vary based on the vehicle's year, mileage, and connected vehicle tracking capabilities.

- Lincoln will only share vehicle location information with approved law enforcement, such as the following:
- Detectives
- Federal or State investigators
- Special agents
- Sheriffs
- Police officers
- Constables
- Lincoln does not share vehicle location information with non-law enforcement officials, including the following:
- Vehicle owners
- Members of the court (prosecuting attorneys, defense attorneys, judges, clerks)
- 911 dispatchers (except in the state of Illinois)
- Retailer personnel
- Insurance companies
