Lincoln Roadside Assistance* is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. They can be contacted by phone or through the Lincoln App.

Benefits of the Lincoln Roadside Assistance service include the following:

  • All original owners of 2013 and newer vehicles qualify for 24/7 Roadside Assistance nationwide (including Canada and Mexico) for the lifetime of your ownership experience.
  • Lincoln vehicles purchased pre-owned have Roadside Assistance coverage if still within six years or 70,000 miles of their Warranty Start Date.

To contact Roadside Assistance, call 1-800-521-4140 and follow the prompts for Roadside Assistance.

If you would like a Lincoln Client Experience Manager to connect you to Roadside Assistance, call 1-800-521-4140 and follow the prompts for the Lincoln Client Relationship Center.

Important: Ensure you have the following available:

  • The vehicle's location

To contact Roadside Assistance

  1. Log in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Select Service.
  3. Press Roadside assistance.
  4. Select the Location Type from the dropdown.
  5. Press the type of Assistance Needed.
  6. Choose to consent or not to text messages from Roadside Assistance.
  7. Enter your phone number.
  8. Tap Submit Request.

After submitting your request, you will be returned to the Service landing page, and a confirmation banner will be displayed at the top of the screen.

Cancel a Roadside Assistance Request

  1. Select Service.
  2. Tap Roadside Assistance at the top of your screen.
  3. Select Cancel Request.
