Why will the recall banner not clear from the Lincoln app?

If the alert banner is still present after having the repair performed:

• Contact the Retailer where the service was performed.
• Confirm if the repair order (RO) was closed out.  

Once the Retailer closes the repair order out in their system, the alert banner should be removed from the Lincoln app. This takes typically 24 hours from when the RO was closed.
