What should I do if my vehicle is not showing up in the Lincoln app?

If your vehicle is not showing in the Lincoln app, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshooting Steps

Log out of the Lincoln app and log back in.

  1. Tap Account in the Lincoln app.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Sign Out.
  4. Sign back in to see if your vehicle appears.

Add your vehicle to the Lincoln app.

  1. Log in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Tap Add Vehicle.
  3. Select Scan Code.
  4. Tap one of the following options on the pop-up message for camera access:
    1. Selecting Allow will allow the Lincoln app to access your phone's camera. The scan window will appear to capture your VIN or scan your QR Code and route you to the Vehicle screen.
    2. Selecting Don't Allow will prevent the Lincoln app from accessing your camera and you will need to type in your VIN.
      1. Tap Enter VIN Manually

        Note: If you need help locating your VIN, tap the Find Your VIN link or the Find Your QR Code link.
         
      2. Enter your VIN.
      3. Select Next.
  5. Your vehicle should appear in the garage. 

Add your vehicle to your Lincoln account.

 Changes to your Lincoln account will be reflected in your Lincoln app.

  1. Login to your Lincoln Account.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Click on Add a Vehicle.
  4. Enter your VIN.
  5. Click on Update.

If your vehicle still does not show in the Lincoln app after trying the above steps, tap Help in the Account section of the app to access a Lincoln app agent for additional assistance.
