What should I do if I am having Phone As A Key setup issues after reinstalling the Lincoln app?
If you have reinstalled the Lincoln app and cannot set up Phone As A Key, follow the steps below.
- Ensure your vehicle is parked in an open, safe, well-ventilated area and the engine is on.
- Check your smartphone's Bluetooth®* Settings for any Phone As A Key pairings.
Note: If your phone is paired, this will show as the last five digits of your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and the vehicle's model name.
- Manually delete any existing pairings.
- Perform a Phone As A Key™** Reset.
- Setup Phone As A Key.
