What should I do if I cannot remotely start my Lincoln vehicle with Phone As A Key?
If you cannot remotely start your vehicle with Phone As A Key, follow the steps below.
- Using the Lincoln app, verify your Phone As A Key™* setup is complete and enabled via Bluetooth® connection on at least one phone.
- Select the Vehicle tab in the Lincoln app.
- Press Phone As A Key. There should be at least one entry under Phone As A Key Devices.
- If no paired devices are shown in the previous step, complete the setup of your Phone As A Key, as prompted by the Lincoln app.
