How can I find my Lincoln's Phone As A Key status?

You can view the status of your Phone As A Key* on the Vehicle screen of your Lincoln app. View the steps below for more information.

Note: This feature is currently available on the Lincoln app 5.X experience only.

Viewing Phone As A Key Status

To access your Phone As A Key Status:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln pp.
  2. Go to the Vehicle screen.
  3. Scroll down and select Vehicle Settings.
  4. Tap Phone as a Key.
  5. Locate the Device Keys section.

One of the following statuses will appear under the device name:

  • Active: This means the key is active and can be used for Phone As A Key features.
  • Continue Setup: This means the key was generated but your setup was not completed. You will need to continue setup to activate your key.
  • Deleting...: This means the key has been deleted.
