How do I set my Preferred Retailer in the Lincoln app?

Setting a preferred Retailer allows you to conveniently interact with your Lincoln Retailer. You can schedule your next service, find directions, access contact information, and view hours of operation. 

Important: You must have a vehicle added to the Lincoln app before you can set a preferred Retailer.

Set Your Preferred Retailer in the Lincoln app

  1. Log in to the Lincoln app*.
  2. Select the Service dashboard.
  3. Tap Set your Preferred Dealer.
  4. Read and select Accept on the Google consent prompt. Selecting Deny disables your location services.

    Note: This prompt only appears once. If it does not appear, it means you have completed your consent.
     
  5. Choose a Retailer from the list that appears, or manually look one up using the search bar.
  6. Select Set as Preferred Dealer.
  7. Read and Accept or Decline the vehicle health data prompt.

Note: This consent can be changed in the Legal and privacy section of your Lincoln app account. A success check will appear at the bottom of the screen, and your Preferred Dealer will appear on the Service dashboard.
