¿Cómo elimino mi cuenta de Lincoln?

You can remove your Lincoln account using the Lincoln Support website or the Lincoln app.

Important: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your profile on any Lincoln site (sites associated with lincoln.‌com, the Lincoln app, and Lincoln Account Manager). You will also lose access to the following features:

  • Puntos de Recompensa
  • Apertura/cierre de seguros remoto
  • Encendido/apagado remoto
  • Location and Driving Data
  • Connected Services and Subscriptions

Deletion Options

Choose the method you are using from the dropdowns below to learn how to delete your Lincoln account.

Using the Lincoln Owner Support Website

  1. Go to the Lincoln Owner Support site.
  2. Select Sign In to My Lincoln.
  3. Enter the Email and Password for the account you want to delete, then click Sign In.
  4. Select My Lincoln from the top-right section of the screen.
  5. Click Account/Manage Settings from the drop-down menu.
  6. Scroll down to the Manage Your Account section and select Edit now in the Account Settings tile.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page and select Delete My Account.​​​
  8. Click Delete Account.​​​

Using the Lincoln App

  1. Log in to the Lincoln app.                                                                 
  2. Select the Account icon.
  3. Choose Account Information.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Review the warning and choose Yes, delete.
