El servicio de informe del funcionamiento del vehículo se brindaba a propietarios de vehículos modelo 2008 a 2016 equipados con SYNC sin cargo adicional y, además, brindaba una imagen de diferentes componentes del vehículo como estado del aceite, millaje y estado del motor.

El servicio de informe del funcionamiento del vehículo confiaba en la tecnología con la que ya no es compatible. Si bien esta tecnología fue útil cuando se lanzó la característica, ya no es la mejor forma de brindar información sobre el funcionamiento del vehículo para propietarios. Seguiremos centrando los esfuerzos en tecnologías nuevas y mejoradas.

Sigue estos pasos para deshabilitar esta característica para SYNC:

1. Start your vehicle and put it in Park, not Accessory mode.
2. Press the Phone button. Phone menu displays.
3. Press the selection Arrows until Vehicle Health displays. Presiona OK.
4. Press the selection Arrows until User Preferences displays. Presiona OK.
5. Press the selection Arrows until Automatic Reports displays. Presiona OK.
6. Press the selection Arrows until Automatic Reports Off displays. Presiona OK.
7. Auto Reports Set Off displays to confirm your choice.

Sigue estos pasos para deshabilitar esta característica para SYNC con navegación:

1. Start your vehicle and put it in Park, not Accessory mode.
2. Press the Phone button. Phone menu displays.
3. Touch Settings.
4. Toca Advanced.
5. Touch Vehicle Health Report.
6. Touch Automatic Reports. La configuración actual aparecerá resaltada.
7. Touch Set Auto Reports Off.

Please do the following to disable this feature for SYNC with MyLincoln Touch:

1. Start your vehicle and put it in Park, not Accessory mode.

3. Toca Vehicle.
4. Touch Vehicle Health Report.
5. Touch Off for Automatic Reminders, touch your selection.

• Asking SYNC to run a Vehicle Health Report

You can still obtain information on the health of your vehicle from your preferred dealer or via the Vehicle Health Alerts and Reports, provided your dealer has opted to share dealer inspection items from their system.
