How do I pay off my Lincoln Automotive Financial Services retail account?

You can pay off your Lincoln Automotive Financial Services (Lincoln AFS) retail account by mailing a check or by accessing Account Manager online.

There are two ways to pay off your Lincoln AFS retail account.

How to Pay Off Your Account

Select your preferred method from the options below.  

Mailing a Check

  1. Use a personal or cashier's check.
  2. Include your Lincoln AFS account number in the memo.
  3. Mail your check to the following address:

  4. If you are using a courier or physical delivery service, send your check to the following address:

  1. Ir a accountmanager.lincoln.com
  2. Haz clic en Iniciar sesión para ingresar tu nombre de usuario y contraseña.
  3. Si tienes una cuenta de Lincoln, usa esas credenciales.
  4. If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to the Sign In button.
  5. After you sign in, select Vehicle Payoff, under Payoff Quote section.
  6. Click Schedule Payoff Payment
  7. Select Change under Payoff Payment Date. 
    Note: Payoffs can only be scheduled up to 10 calendar days in advance.
  8. Select Change under Bank Account to choose payment method if it is different from the default method. Here you can add a new bank account, if applicable.
  9. Select Make Payment.
  10. Review payment details and select Confirm Payment.
  11. Review the payment scheduled screen with your scheduled payoff details.

What if the payoff does not work?

  • If no bank account is set up in Account Manager, select Add Bank Account.
