How do I start a Lincoln Connected Navigation Services subscription?

Connected Services subscriptions must be purchased and activated via the Connected Services tile in your Cuenta Lincoln or through the Lincoln Way® app*.

Importante:

  • Before you activate a Connected Services subscription, you must activate Lincoln Connect®** (modem).
  • The subscription cannot be transferred or refunded if you sell or trade in your vehicle.

Select the method you would like to use to enroll from the drop-down options below for instructions.

Aplicación Lincoln Way

  1. Ingresa al Aplicación Lincoln Way.
  2. Tap the Vehicle tab.
  3. Select Connected Services.
  4. Select Add on the Connected Navigation tile. The Connected Services website will launch.
  5. Complete the payment process.

Connect Services Website

  1. Ingresa a tu Cuenta Lincoln.
  2. Select Connected Services.
  3. Choose Manage My Services.
  4. Select Renew.
  5. Review the plan and choose Next.
  6. Read the Terms and Privacy Policy, and check the box indicating you agree.
  7. Select Confirm Purchase.  

    Note: The Confirm Purchase button will only be enabled once the Terms and Privacy Policy have been agreed to and the box selected.

Once Confirm Purchase is chosen, an order confirmation will appear on the screen. An email will also be sent to you stating that your order has been received. Another email will be sent once payment has been processed and the order is complete.
